Integrating bioinformatics and chemoinformatics approaches for the development of expert systems allowing the in silico prediction of toxicities (eTOX)

With a budget of over 18.5 million €, the project is undertaken by a consortium of 30 organisations led by Novartis, among which 13 EFPIA companies, 11 academic partners and 6 SMEs. eTOX is funded by the Innovative Medicines Initiative Joint Undertaking (IMI-JU), a unique partnership between the European Community and the European Federation of Pharmaceutical Industries and Associations (EFPIA).
